Cost is $250.00 per day for the facility (up to 4 people)
Over 4 people will be $25.00 per person per day.

• Max. Capacity 8 People.
   

• Deposit of half upfront required payable by Cheque only!... Remaining must be paid in full by cash on arrival! No Credit Cards, or Debit.
   

• A 33 x 33 foot floating barge with a 16 x 30 cabin, and 16 x 3- ft deck, partially covered.
   

• The cabin has two - 10 x 16 bedrooms with four bunks in each room.
   

• Between the bedrooms is a fully equipped kitchen,10 x 16, a propane stove, dining area and pots, pans and coffee pot.
   

• A generator supplies light power.
   

• Sliding glass doors open on the deck and a large picnic table that seats 8.
   

• Toilet facility and a fish cleaning station is on an additional float 8' x 32.
   

• A large ice cooler for icing fish. Ice can be bought in Winter Harbour or flake ice can be brought in by consumer.
   

• Fishing cabin is anchored approx. one mile from Winter Harbour village.
   

• Fuel, groceries and liquor are available at the local store.

• Low decibel generator operates fridges and lights (no hair dryers)- propane stoves.
   

• A large (8 x 75) deck provides a picnic table and BBQ for each unit.
   

• The central area is a shared shower ,toilets and wash area - see floor plan
   

• Freezer space can be arranged by prior notice
   

• The deck at the back of the units, (also 8x75 ft) provides ample mooring space for boats.
   

• Charters can be arranged.
   

• The Wind Catcher is anchored about 1.5 miles out of winter harbour in a protected cove.
